- Dinner and a movie. People have been doing it for years because it works.
- Whatever is going on in Downtown Carrington – food festivals, art festivals, music festivals. Carrington has a great downtown so an evening spent there is always a good idea.
- A day spent hiking in the mountains.
- A fancy evening at the theatre for a musical or a play.
- A boat ride at sunset. I’m probably happiest on the water.
